* SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT* 

Edith Lane Hard Hat Day is scheduled for Sunday April 19th. Starting at 9:00am that day we will begin accepting deposits from people who wish to be on our wait list for the new homes at Edith Lane.

Prospective purchasers will be assigned a number in the order in which they submit a filled out waiting list reservation form (click here for the blank form) together with a $1000 check which is a refundable anytime prior to Opening Day.


On Hard Hat day  T&M personnel will be on site from 9:00am to 2:00pm to answer  questions as well as to accept deposits with reservation forms and give tours of the two homes currently under construction. No contracts, construction orders,  location selection, home specifications, and pricing will be signed on Hard Hat day. This will take place at a future date known as Opening Day.


On Opening Day the opportunity to pick out your house, specifications and location will be done in the order in which someone’s name appears on the waiting list and the available locations at that time.
