Notes
1. The base price for each home except the Jefferson includes a daylight basement with 4 windows.
2. Rolletts include an unfinished full height expansion space over the garage. This space is a partial flight up from the main living level and a partial flight down from the master bedroom level. The garage is a partial flight down from the main living level and a partial flight up from the basement level.
