3. Walk out basements have 2 windows and 1 swinging door in the basement. Additional windows can be purchased for $500 each. Daylight basements have 4 windows in the basement. .
4. Fenwicks have garages which are a partial flight down from the first floor. A 4 foot wider garage with tall ceiling is no extra charge. Instead of this wider and taller garage, a full height bonus room (either finished or unfinished) above the garage can be added. If a full height bonus room is added then adding to the width of the house to accommodate staircases to these areas is required. Adding 4 feet to the house and having straight stairs costs $1,000 and adding 7 feet to accommodate turned stairs costs $4,000. An optional stairway from the garage to the basement can be added for $1,000.
5. The base price of a Senator includes modifications to have a large bonus room with a tall ceiling above the garage. The front bedroom is eliminated and the rear bedroom is enlarged. A partial flight of stairs goes from the garage up to the first floor, from the first floor up to the bonus room and from the bonus room up to the bedroom level. There is also a set of rear stairs from the family room to the bonus room and from the garage to the rear of the basement. There are 3 extra windows in the front of the basement.
6. Lots 47 has an oversized private paved driveway and lots 48 and 49 have an oversized shared driveway.
