Granite
T & M is now offering a choice of 10 different types of granite for kitchen countertops. There are 3 Category A colors that cost, including any island without any overhangs, $3300 more than having a laminate countertop. These are Giallo Fantasia, Classico Beige (featured in the kitchen of the Senator on lot 16 at Cromwell Chase)and Green Rose. Please note that as part of the Opening Day Specials at Cromwell Chase purchasers can choose to have one of these three granite counters at no extra charge.
There are 4 Category B colors that cost $1500 more than the regular colors. These Category B colors are Golden King, Steel Grey, Desert Brown and Ubatuba (pictured below) .

There are 4 Category C colors that cost $2000 more than the Category A colors. These colors are Tan Brown (featured in the kitchen of the Bloomfield Ridge model home), Verde Fusion, Giallo Fiorito and Santa Cecilia Dark (featured in the kitchen of the Schoolhouse Landing model home and pictured below).

Island overhangs can be done in granite at a cost of $250 for the short side and $500 for the long side.
An undermount stainless steel gourmet sink (with one large bowl and one small bowl) with a choice of a pull-out or pull-down stainless steel faucet can be added for $1200.
