Deposits are now being accepted to secure positions on the waiting list for Cromwell Chase.   On "Opening Day", which is scheduled for Saturday, May 15 beginning at noon,  prospective purchasers will be given an opportunity, subject to lot availability, to sign a contract to purchase a home in Cromwell Chase in the order in which they appear on the Waiting List.  The waiting list terms and conditions are spelled out on the waiting list reservation form.  Arrangements to submit reservation forms can be made by calling 1-800-JOE-DUVA.  Waiting list reservations must be accompanied by a fully  refundable $1000 deposit.  On May 2 the couple pictured below reserved position #9 on the waiting list.
