3. The house selection indicates which of the house styles can be selected for a particular lot. The first letter of the house style name is used above to indicate the Fenwick, Abington, Senator, Richmond and Devonshire. Below the house style name is the first letter of the elevation. For example, H and P below the S for Senator indicates the Highgrove and Pembrooke elevations. T & M wishes to offer a diverse neighborhood and once certain styles are picked for particular lots the house selection offered for remaining lots may be limited.
4. The estimated completion dates are just rough estimates and may be subject to significant change.
5. There is a cemetery easement on lot 2.
6. There is a detention pond on lot 12.
7. There is a conservation easement on lot 12 and lot 15.
